Job summary

You'll direct audit activities, compile analyses in Excel, and identify trends requiring corrective action. The role requires strong communication, audit skills, and detail orientation in a team environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related work experience in inventory control.
• Strong audit and quality control capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work in a team and stay organized.
• Experience with Excel for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and publishes weekly inventory and quality audit schedules.
• Coordinates schedules with Warehouse Supervisors daily.
• Directs quality audits and inventory counts and provides analysis.
• Oversees spot audits during unloading, receiving, and shipping and records results in Excel.
• Identifies trends and coordinates corrective actions.
• Reads and responds to emails promptly.
