Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC in Ohio is seeking a Quality & Inventory Specialist for the third shift. This role focuses on maintaining accurate inventory, coordinating weekly audits, and supporting warehouse operations to ensure timely, compliant shipments.

You will publish audit schedules, direct audit activities, prepare written and electronic analyses, and collaborate with supervisors to address trends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years of related work experience in quality/inventory.
• Experience in warehouse environments and audits preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and publishes weekly inventory count, spot audit, and quality audit schedules.
• Coordinates schedules with Warehouse Supervisors daily to allocate resources.
• Directs audit work and provides written/electronic analyses of results.
• Manages spot audit activities including unloading, receiving, checking, locating, packing, and shipping.
• Interacts with supervisors to identify trends requiring corrective action.
• Reads and responds to emails promptly.
