Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist for the third shift in Walton, KY to manage weekly counts, audits, and quality controls. You will coordinate schedules with supervisors, analyze audit data, and document results in spreadsheets.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a team environment. Prior audit experience and proficiency with Excel are important for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years related work experience.
• 5+ years industry related experience preferred.
• Professional certification may be required in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and publishes weekly inventory count, spot audit, and quality audit schedules.
• Coordinates inventory count schedules with Warehouse Supervisors.
• Provides daily analysis and statistics of inventory counts and audit results.
• Performs spot audit activities including unloading, receiving, checking, and locating.
• Identifies trends or processes requiring corrective action with supervisors.
• Reads and responds to emails in a timely fashion.
