Job summary

Crane World Wide Logistics in Lockbourne, OH is seeking a Quality & Inventory Specialist for the weekend shift. You will establish and publish weekly inventory counts, audits, and quality schedules, coordinating with Warehouse Supervisors to align resources and timelines.

Responsibilities include directing audit teams, documenting results in spreadsheets, and communicating trends for corrective actions. Strong auditing, organization, and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and publishes weekly inventory, spot audit, and quality audit schedules.
• Coordinates schedules with Warehouse Supervisors daily to allocate resources.
• Directs audit/count teams and provides written/electronic analysis of results.
• Spot audit: unloading, receiving, checking, locating, packing, and shipping; document results in Excel.
• Identify trends and corrective actions with supervisors and leads.
