Job summary

Electrical Automation Services is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for a high-volume manufacturing facility on the 3rd shift (10:00 PM–6:30 AM). The role involves diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, and PLC systems, with emphasis on preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment uptime.

You will work with production staff and contractors, safely operate maintenance equipment, and document all activities in the CMMS, while

Qualifications

Experience in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance in manufacturing environments.
Ability to read P&IDs, electrical schematics, and mechanical diagrams.
Capable of troubleshooting across electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems.
Experience with GMP requirements and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

Perform advanced preventive, scheduled, and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, and PLC problems.
Overhauls, system rebuilds, and equipment installations.
Coordinate with production and contractors to minimize downtime.
Safely operate forklifts, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
Document work and equipment status in CMMS.
Ensure clean, safe maintenance areas; follow GMP and policies.
