Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician for a high-volume manufacturing facility on the 3rd shift (10:00 PM–6:30 AM).

This hands-on position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment to maximize uptime and support safe, reliable operations. Responsibilities include preventive, scheduled, and corrective maintenance, diagnosing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, and PLC issues, and coordinating major

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years of mechanical and/or electrical maintenance experience.
• Ability to read P&IDs and electrical/mechanical diagrams.
• Experience in at least two of: Electrical systems, Mechanical systems, Refrigeration, Plumbing, Food-manufacturing process controls.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, scheduled, and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, and PLC-related problems.
• Coordinate repairs with production personnel and outside contractors to minimize disruptions.
• Document completed work, equipment conditions, and maintenance activities in the CMMS.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized maintenance work areas; follow GMP and safety standards.
