Job summary

Electrical Automation Services is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician for our Swedesboro, NJ facility. This on-site role requires hands-on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment to maximize uptime and safety.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of mechanical/electrical maintenance, ability to read P&IDs and schematics, and experience with PLCs. Shift is 10:00 PM–6:30 AM with weekend availability; GMP and safety procedures are mandatory.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least three years of mechanical and/or electrical maintenance experience.
Ability to read P&IDs, electrical schematics, mechanical diagrams.
Experience in two areas: Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration, Plumbing, or process controls.
Must be 18+ and able to work 3rd shift and weekends.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive, scheduled, and corrective maintenance.
Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, and PLC problems.
Coordinate repairs with production staff and contractors.
Operate forklifts and maintenance tools safely.
Document work and equipment conditions in CMMS.
Follow GMP, safety, and regulatory standards.
