Job summary

EAS Direct Hire is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician for a high-volume manufacturing facility. This hands‑on role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment to maximize uptime and support safe operations.

The shift is 3rd with a 10:00 PM–6:30 AM schedule. Weekend availability is required; compensation is hourly in the $36.00–$37.25 range, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of mechanical and/or electrical maintenance experience in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Ability to read P&IDs, electrical schematics, mechanical diagrams, and manuals.
• Experience in electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, or plumbing systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, scheduled, and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, and PLC-related issues.
• Coordinate major overhauls, system rebuilds, and equipment installations.
• Work with production staff and contractors to minimize downtime.
• Safely operate forklifts and power tools and document work in the CMMS.
