Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a maintenance technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain feed mill equipment on a 2nd/3rd shift. The role requires follow-through on safety policies, proper documentation, and proactive preventative maintenance.

The successful candidate will diagnose mechanical and basic electrical issues, perform repairs without supervision, and support other mechanics as needed in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• One year of industrial maintenance experience.
• At least 6 months continuous work history with the same employer within the last 24 months.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment while following Tyson policies and safety procedures.
• Repair mechanical faults and assist with electrical issues as needed.
• Document actions taken to correct equipment problems.
