Job summary

Viwinco, a family-owned manufacturer of custom windows and doors, seeks a 3rd shift Industrial Machine Technician to repair automated production equipment (PLC-based and window-based), and perform preventive maintenance inspections.

The ideal candidate has electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical experience, strong problem-solving, and the ability to work a flexible schedule with overtime. Hours: 3rd shift Sunday–Thursday, 11pm–7:30am (overtime and weekends as needed).

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience repairing automated production equipment (PLC-based).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance inspections and service on machines.
• Clean and reinstall machine parts, oils, and lubricate moving parts.
• Record damaged parts and order replacements.
• Schedule and coordinate regular maintenance with managers.
• Collaborate with plant engineers on new products and modifications.
• Prepare reports documenting work performed.
