Job summary

Viwinco is seeking a 3rd Shift Industrial Machine Technician to repair automated production equipment, including PLC-driven systems, with strong electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical skills. The role requires flexibility for overtime and weekend hours, and involves collaborating with the product manager and plant engineer on new products and modifications.

The position offers a 3rd shift Sunday-Thursday, 11pm-7:30am schedule with a 15% shift differential and bonuses, including a $1000

Qualifications

• Must be mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and with others.
• Organized with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Capable of performing under fast-paced, sometimes stressful conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance inspections and service on machines.
• Thoroughly clean machines and parts, reinstalling as needed.
• Oil and lubricate moving parts to ensure peak performance.
• Record and report damaged or worn parts.
• Order and install replacement parts for machines.
• Identify causes of unexpected breakdowns and resolve.
• Repair broken machines quickly and efficiently.
• Prepare reports documenting work performed.
• Maintain shop areas, tools, and supplies in good order.
• Coordinate with managers to schedule regular maintenance on machines.
