Job summary

Viwinco Brand is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician for 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:00pm-10:30pm) in Morgantown, PA. The role focuses on repairing automated production equipment, PLC-based systems, and electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic aspects.

Overtime and weekend hours may be required; a 15% shift differential applies, plus bonuses and a $1,000 new-hire incentive after 90 days. Ideal candidates will perform preventive maintenance, service machines, order parts, and document

Qualifications

• Experience repairing automated production equipment (PLC-based).
• Electrical background with pneumatic, hydraulic experience.
• Willingness to work a flexible shift and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on machines.
• Clean and reinstall machine parts as needed.
• Oil and lubricate moving parts for optimal performance.
• Record and report damaged or worn parts and order replacements.
• Identify causes of unexpected breakdowns and repair promptly.
• Prepare reports documenting work performed.
• Maintain shop areas, tools, and supplies.
• Coordinate with managers for regular machine maintenance.
• Collaborate with product manager/plant engineer on new products and modifications.
• Run tests and implement changes to machinery.
