Job summary

Viwinco is seeking a 3rd Shift Industrial Machine Technician to repair automated production equipment, including PLC-driven systems, with strong electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical skills. The role requires flexibility for overtime and weekend hours, and involves collaborating with the product manager and plant engineer on new products and modifications.

The position offers a 3rd shift Sunday-Thursday, 11pm-7:30am schedule with a 15% shift differential and bonuses, including a $1000

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance inspections and service on machines.
• Thoroughly clean machines and parts, reinstalling as needed.
• Oil and lubricate moving parts to ensure peak performance.
• Record and report damaged or worn parts.
• Order and install replacement parts for machines.
• Identify causes of unexpected breakdowns and resolve.
• Repair broken machines quickly and efficiently.
• Prepare reports documenting work performed.
• Maintain shop areas, tools, and supplies in good order.
• Coordinate with managers to schedule regular maintenance on machines.

Industrial Maintenance Technician-All Shifts

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced3rd ShiftIndustrial Machine Technician. The ideal candidate will be able to repair automated production equipment, both PLC and window base. Possess strong problem-solving skills with electrical background and pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical experience. Ability to work a flexible shift schedule is preferred. Overtime required periodically.

Hours:

3rd shift: Sunday-Thursday, 11pm-7:30am (Overtime and weekends as needed)

Compensation:

• Competitive wages w/ 15% shift differential
• Quarterly and hourly bonuses
• $1000 new hire bonus paid after 90 days; applicable to taxes

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Performs preventive maintenance inspections and service on machines.
• Thoroughly cleans machines and machine parts, removing parts and reinstalling as necessary.
• Oils and lubricates moving parts on machines to ensure effective performance.
• Records and reports damaged, worn, or broken parts.
• Orders and installs replacement parts for machines.
• Identifies the causes of unexpected breakdowns of machines.
• Repairs broken machines quickly and efficiently.
• Prepares reports documenting work performed.
• Cleans, organizes, inventories, stocks, and otherwise maintains shop areas, parts, tools, and supplies.
• Coordinates with managers to schedule regular maintenance on machines.
• Collaborates with product manager or plant engineer regarding new products being added and modifications that will be required.
• Makes necessary modifications and implements tests runs; confers with product manager regarding test results and makes additional alterations to machinery as required.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
