WEIDMANN Electrical Technology, Inc. in Urbana, OH is seeking a Multicraft Maintenance Technician for 3rd shift (Sun-Thu, 11pm-7am) on-site.
You will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment and electrical systems, including 480V three-phase motors, PLCs, and welding/fabrication. Required: Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or equivalent hands-on experience, 8+ years in manufacturing; strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting; reading blueprints; preventive
Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent hands-on experience in industrial maintenance.
- 8+ years in a manufacturing/heavy industrial environment.
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, welding and fabrication skills.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair 480V three-phase electrical systems, motors, controls, sensors and PLC-controlled equipment.
- Perform welding and fabrication to support repairs and improvements.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and read blueprints/electrical schematics.
- Collaborate with Maintenance and Production to improve reliability and uptime.
