Job summary
Neptune Technology Group Inc. is seeking a Factory Maintenance Technician A for the 3rd shift in Tallassee, AL. You will contribute to a preventive maintenance program, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, and support CNC and PLC operations to minimize downtime.

Qualifications
- Two-year technical school degree or certificate required.
- Over 3 years up to 5 years of maintenance experience.
- Must be willing to work any shift with limited supervision.
- Must perform all maintenance phases safely and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a Preventive Maintenance Program across equipment to target <5% downtime per month.
- Proficiently troubleshoot electrical, PLC, CNC, mechanical, fluid power, structural, and plumbing systems; read prints and diagrams.
- Climb and work at various heights as part of maintenance tasks.
- May require annual RCRA training for hazardous waste handling.
