Job summary

Electrical Automation Services is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Tallassee, AL facility. This on-site role leads the maintenance team during the third shift, providing hands-on guidance on hydraulics, pneumatics, drives, and control systems.

You will optimize labor, materials, and schedules, while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing maintenance supervision, strong leadership, and expert problem-solving

Qualifications

• Five years of manufacturing or maintenance supervision experience.
• Experience supervising and developing industrial maintenance personnel.
• Experience maintaining and troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with drive systems and related mechanical equipment.
• Strong leadership, organization and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance team's safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
• Ensure all work orders, approvals, and backup documentation are complete.
• Attend shift handover meetings and report on downtime and priorities.
• Direct and monitor maintenance work for safety, quality, and cost.
• Provide technical guidance and hands-on support on the plant floor.
• Manage payroll, attendance, and other site policies for maintenance staff.
• Train maintenance personnel on SAP procedures and develop individual development plans.
• Drive continuous improvement in plant utilities and equipment areas.
