Job summary

Neptune - HQ, Tallassee, AL 36078, USA, is seeking a Maintenance Technician B for the 3rd shift. The role focuses on developing and maintaining a preventive maintenance program across electrical, PLC, CNC, mechanical, fluid power, structural, and plumbing systems.

The position requires climbing at heights and willingness to work any shift, with a path toward Maintenance Technician A. Qualified candidates typically hold an Associate degree or technical certificate, or have 3+ years of related

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge in electrical construction, AC/DC circuits and using meters to troubleshoot electrical circuits.
• Experience wTroubleshooting PLC controllers and writing simple ladder logic on laptops.
• Experience with CNC machines including installation and setup of ball screws and servomotors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a Preventive Maintenance Program to keep downtime under 5% per month.
• Troubleshoot electrical, PLC, CNC, mechanical, fluid power, structural, and plumbing systems as needed.
• Read blueprints, ladder diagrams, and equipment prints; perform maintenance safely and professionally.
• Climb and work at various heights; participate in shifts with limited supervision as required.
• Pursue advancement toward Maintenance Technician A within Neptune.
