Job summary

Electrical Automation Services is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the third-shift maintenance team at the Tallassee, AL site. Qualifications

• At least five years of manufacturing or maintenance-supervision experience.
• Experience supervising and developing industrial maintenance personnel.
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with drive systems, transmissions, and related mechanical equipment.
• Knowledge of SAP or comparable CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team to ensure safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
• Ensure work orders, approvals, and pack contents are complete.
• Attend shift handover meetings and review downtime and work orders.
• Direct and monitor maintenance work for safety, quality, cost, and thoroughness.
• Provide technical guidance and support on maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with planners to manage backlog and set priorities.
• Spend substantial time on the plant floor engaging with mechanics.
• Train maintenance personnel and oversee SAP procedures.
