Job summary

The Bama Companies, Inc. is seeking a D2660 – BFD Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) to maintain and repair industrial systems including PLCs, motor controls, wiring, AC inverters, DC controllers and mechanical equipment.

This is a safety‑sensitive, non‑exempt, full‑time position. You will perform automated equipment setup/teardown, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults, coordinate with Operations/QA, and support the Emergency Response Team with facility

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in at least 5 of the listed areas and have basic knowledge of the others.

Responsibilities

• Provide industrial maintenance to troubleshoot and repair PLCs, motor controls, wiring, inverters, DC controllers and mechanical systems.
• Set up, teardown, and align automated equipment.
• Support Emergency Response Team with facility knowledge, drawings, and plans.
• Communicate with shift leaders and other teams to coordinate maintenance work.
• Identify and adjust work plans; exercise strong troubleshooting and critical thinking.
