• Over 3 years maintenance experience preferred.
• Willingness to work any shift and perform maintenance safely and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a Preventive Maintenance Program for all equipment to keep downtime under 5% monthly.
• Assist in all phases of maintenance across electrical, mechanical, fluid power, and structural areas.
• Troubleshoot electrical circuits, PLCs, CNC machines, and related equipment.
• Read prints and ladder diagrams; install and align components like ball screws and servomotors.
• Perform safe work practices and climb to operate at various heights.
• Participate in RCRA training if handling hazardous wastes.
