Job summary

Qualifications

AA/AS degree or 2-year post-high school training with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
Experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with automated assembly equipment.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

Support Microwave Automated Factory in high-volume, high-mix production on-site.
Assist assembly processes with automated epoxy attachment and RF assembly.
Collaborate with product, quality, reliability, and manufacturing engineers on production.
Develop materials, processes, and production support using SPC, designed experiments, and root cause analysis.
Evaluate materials, equipment, and processes and coordinate with suppliers to resolve issues.
