Qualifications

• HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
• Manufacturing experience with surface mount technology (SMT), microelectronics and automated assembly equipment
• U.S. Citizen – U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

• Support current low-volume high-mix production in coatings factory with on-site responsiveness to factory equipment, process, materials, and product problems
• Support coating factory production execution. Assist in implementing well-controlled processes, and with writing shop process documentation
• Support new products build typically with automated equipment
• Ensure processes developed and executed meet product quality requirements (J-STD-001, MIL-STD-883, MIL-PRF-38534, IPC, etc.)
• Assist with process improvement projects to improve factory productivity
• Effective cross-functional communication of technical information
