Job summary

Crayola is seeking a Production Technician for the Easton, PA area on the 3rd shift (11:45PM–7:45AM) to maintain a wide range of electromechanical production equipment. You will perform preventive and demand maintenance, track parts in CMMS, and support capital projects and process improvements across shifts.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in high-volume manufacturing maintenance, strong electrical troubleshooting, and the ability to train others while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; Technical Associate's Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of electromechanical maintenance experience, preferably in a high-volume facility.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems and identify faulty components.

Responsibilities

• Perform PM on production equipment and plan tasks around production availability.
• Perform DM in response to downtime, deviations, quality issues, or safety concerns.
• Track time and parts in CMMS; request replacements and suggest spare part levels.
• Assist in capital projects and machine modifications; contribute to equipment design input.
• Support continuous improvement through cross-functional teams and operator training.
• Communicate equipment and process issues across shifts via written or verbal updates.
• Maintain clean and safe work area; may train apprentices on tasks.
• Follow Hazardous Waste regulations and Crayola Emergency procedures.
