Job summary

Crayola is seeking a Sr. Electrical Engineering Technician in Easton, PA. The role leads BAS and electrical systems across Lehigh Valley sites, handling programming, maintenance, and regulatory compliance.

The candidate will design and troubleshoot electrical controls, develop schematics, and manage capital projects with cross-functional teams, including IS and Engineering, ensuring safety and reliability in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in mechanical/electrical/electronic field.
• 7+ years in manufacturing or facilities electrical/electronics/industrial controls.
• 3+ years in project management including capital projects.
• Experience with NEC/NFPA/OSHA/UL regulations and safe wiring practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain building automation controls (BAS) and energy management.
• Program and troubleshoot BAS software/hardware, including Metasys GUI.
• Lead electrical design and regulation compliance for capital projects.
• Develop schematics, plans, and PM programs for electrical systems.
• Coordinate with IS and Engineering on capital planning and vendor management.
