Job summary

Penn Color, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician for our Hatfield, PA facility on a third shift (Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 pm–7:00 am). This hands-on role keeps our manufacturing equipment running safely and efficiently in a fast-paced plant.

You will diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues, perform preventative maintenance, and document work in CMMS logs. Join a family-owned company that values its people and offers long-term career growth and a strong safety

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Trade school certification preferred.
Minimum of 2 years in industrial or facility maintenance.
Familiarity with CMMS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues using appropriate tools and diagnostics.
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
Conduct routine equipment and facility inspections to identify and resolve potential failures.
Respond to emergency maintenance requests to minimize operational disruption.
Maintain and monitor building systems including HVAC, compressed air, and plant utilities.
Accurately document all maintenance work in logs or CMMS systems.
Maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and consumable materials.
Follow all safety procedures and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
