Responsibilities

• Assist and monitor clients with self-care tasks.
• Assist during meals to support family-style dining.
• Help with housekeeping, clothing care, and yard work.
• Assist with meal prep and nutritional supplements.
• Assist with administration of prescribed medication.
• Assist with diet orders and adaptive equipment usage.
• Follow established safety procedures and data collection.
• Support clients in activities and transportation as directed.
