LIFE, Inc. - Wilmington is hiring a Direct Support Professional for 3rd shift on a full-time basis in North Carolina. You will assist clients with daily living activities, meals, medications, and participate in community outings under supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
• NC Driver's License.
• 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist and monitor clients with self-care tasks (dressing, bathing, toileting).
• Supervise clients during meals and encourage family style dining.
• Assist with housekeeping tasks and meal preparation.
• Administer prescribed medications under supervision.
• Support behavior programs, data collection, and safety procedures.
• Participate as a team member and communicate client information as directed.
• Transport and accompany clients in company vehicles.
• Support clients during community outings and school/day program activities.
