Qualifications

• Must have NC Driver's License; 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• No prior experience required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist and monitor clients with self-care activities such as dressing, bathing, and toileting.
• Support clients during meals and ensure family-style dining.
• Help with housekeeping tasks and clothing/house cleaning.
• Assist with meals and nutritional supplements preparation.
• Administer prescribed medications with accuracy.
• Follow prescribed diet orders and use adaptive equipment.
• Implement behavior programs, data collection, and safety procedures.
• Support active treatment goals, document data, and service objectives.
• Communicate client information to supervisory staff as part of the interdisciplinary team.
• Transport clients in company vehicles and accompany them on community outings.
• Assist during school and day program activities.
• Other duties as assigned by managers.
