LIFE in Supply, NC, seeks a Direct Support Professional for the 3rd shift. This full-time role supports clients with daily living tasks, meals, transportation, and community activities within a collaborative care team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have NC Driver's License.
• 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist and monitor clients with self-care activities such as dressing, bathing and toileting.
• Assist with meals to support family style dining and nutrition.
• Support clients with housekeeping tasks and yard work as needed.
• Assist with meal preparation and nutritional supplements.
• Assist with administration of prescribed medications without error.
• Follow behavior programs, collect data, and ensure safety procedures.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and share client information with supervision.
• Transport and monitor clients in Company vehicles as directed.
• Support clients during community outings and day program activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
