Skill Creations, Inc. is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide care for individuals with developmental disabilities in residential settings in North Carolina.

Positions include 1st shift part-time and 2nd shift part-time, with rotating weekends and around 20 hours per week, plus back-up/PRN options at $17.00 per hour. Direct Support Professionals will assist with personal care, medication administration, and community transportation, with full-time positions offering a benefits package

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Criminal Record Check.
• Prompt and regular attendance for assigned work schedule.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• CPR/First Aid and Behavior Management coursework will be required.
• Basic computer skills for e-mail, electronic training modules, and recording data.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds; must be on feet most of the time.

Responsabilités

• Provide care and support for individuals in Skill Creations facilities.
• Assist with personal care, medication administration, and independent living skills.
• Transport/accompany individuals to community activities and appointments.
