Qualifications

• Valid Michigan driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Full-time, 40 hours, 3rd shift.
• On-site work in New Baltimore, MI.

Responsibilities

• Monitor safety 24/7 through checks and observations.
• Assist in personal care and daily living activities.
• Support crisis prevention, intervention, and resolution.
• Coordinate with care team and document care plans.
• Engage individuals in community activities and social events.
• Document accurate, timely information for medical/behavioral plans.
