Hope Network in New Baltimore, MI is seeking a Direct Support Professional for the 3rd shift (full-time, 40 hours) at the Broderick site. The DSP will support residents in daily living, mobility, health management and community participation, ensuring safety and compassionate care.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, valid Michigan driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it. Salary starts around $17.13/hour with full benefits.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure safety 24/7 through various check methods.

• Attend medical appointments and relay information accurately.
• Document care plans and progress clearly and timely.
