Job summary

WestRock Company, Inc. seeks a Production Supervisor for the Corrugator 3rd Shift in Lancaster, PA. You will oversee daily shift operations, ensuring safety, quality, and timely production while coaching craftsmen toward best maintenance practices to maximize uptime.

Responsibilities include guiding operators through mechanical issues, driving continuous improvement, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining KPI-driven reporting and lean practices across the plant.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–4 years of related experience; manufacturing/corrugated supervision preferred.
• Lean environment experience and Six Sigma Green/Black Belt a plus.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day shift operations with emphasis on safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Act as first point of contact for operators regarding mechanical issues and production problems.
• Support continuous improvement and enforce control procedures; suggest improvements to Plant Superintendent.
• Coordinate production activities with other departments to meet goals cost-effectively.
• Monitor activities to eliminate waste and follow production/shipping schedules.
• Input production data into the system to measure KPIs (efficiency, downtime, inventory).
• Provide recommendations to improve safety, environment, and health of the facility.
• Produce daily shift production reports and conduct daily shift review.
• Control load factors and workflow to maximize capacity and labor/equipment use.
