Pratt Industries is hiring a Clamp Truck Operator for the 3rd shift at our Wapakoneta, OH facility. You will support the corrugator by supplying paper material, move rolls, keep the work area clean, and help the team meet production targets while following safety rules.

You should have a high school diploma or GED and prior forklift/powered industrial truck experience is preferred. This role offers competitive wages and benefits in a growing packaging company.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Experience operating a lift truck is preferred.
• Ability to read safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate a clamp truck to supply the corrugator with paper material.
• Move rolls and organize the work-in-process area.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and manage end-of-shift roll inventory.
• Support the corrugator team to maximize efficiency and safety.
• Follow OSHA safety rules and plant procedures.
