Job summary

Farmer Focus is seeking a Cooler Guard on site at the Acorn Facility. You will inspect products moving through coolers, verify counts, and keep precise records while organizing stock and rotating by oldest dates.

This full-time, on-site role requires operating a power jack, communicating with the team, and maintaining a clean work area in a very cold environment. Weekend/overtime work may be required.

Qualifications

• Basic inventory knowledge and the ability to compare physical counts against system records.
• Clear verbal communication with supervisors and associates.
• Experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory is preferred.
• Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed.
• New team members must pass a drug and alcohol post-offer screen.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% inspection of product entering and exiting coolers and record all activity with verification.
• Operate a power jack safely to maintain cooler organization and move product.
• Perform inventory once per hour and compare counts to the PI system.
• Place SKUs in correct locations and rotate oldest dates to front.
• Communicate cooler activity and inventory status to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area and perform other duties as assigned.
