Job summary

Pilgrim in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Cooler Worker to assist in the meat processing cooler. You will receive carcasses on rail and stack them per supervisor instructions while helping keep the cooler floor clean and organized.

Must work in a cold/damp environment, wear PPE including gloves and safety glasses, and use non-slip footwear. Starting time is 4am with a fast-paced, hands-on team setting.

Qualifications

• PPE required, gloves, safety glasses and non-slip footwear.

Responsibilities

• Receive carcass on rail and stack according to supervisor/lead person's instructions.
• Pack carcasses tightly to fit as many carcasses as possible on rail and maintain cooler floor.
