Job summary

Allen Harim is seeking a Shipping Inventory Team member to perform daily cooler inventory counts and input data for the sales department’s disposition. You will ensure coolers are organized by product code and monitor lots and areas throughout daily production.

The role requires basic math and writing skills, the ability to lift 60 lbs, and a valid pallet jack license. You must maintain accurate logs, work well with others, and comply with safety standards. Weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to use a computer for inventory input.
• Must possess good math and writing skills.
• Must be able to lift 60 lbs on a regular basis.
• Must be able to obtain a license to operate a pallet jack.
• Excellent safety record required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily physical cooler inventory counts and input data for the sales department’s disposition.
• Ensure coolers are organized by product code and monitor lots and areas.
• Maintain daily logs and other necessary paperwork.
• Communicate with team members at all levels and coordinate with vendors and government agencies as needed.
• Work weekends when required and adhere to safety policies.
