The Rescue Mission Alliance is seeking a Full Time Client Care Specialist for the Crossroads facility in Syracuse, NY. This role covers Sundays through Thursdays (10:45pm-7:15am) and includes medication oversight and resident support in a respectful, confidential environment.

You will work in a facility serving men with mental, physical, or developmental disabilities, with a focus on safety, compassion and independent growth. Benefits include comprehensive insurance and time off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree in human services or related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with homeless, addicted and/or mentally ill clients desired.

Responsabilités

• Oversee dispensing medications to residents.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents.
• Provide support, encouragement and motivation toward independence.
• Document pertinent client information and communicate with internal services while maintaining confidentiality.
