Job summary

Rescue Mission Alliance in Syracuse, NY is seeking a Full Time Client Care Specialist for the Crossroads Adult Care Facility. The role involves dispensing medications, ensuring a safe, clean environment, and supporting residents with dignity.

The position requires shift work Sundays through Thursdays (10:45pm–7:15am) with a starting wage of $17/hour plus a $2 shift differential. Comprehensive benefits are available to employees.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree in human services or related field preferred.
• Experience with homeless, addicted, and/or mentally ill clients desired.

Responsibilities

• Develop rapport with clients and provide support, encouragement, and motivation toward independence while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Participate as a team player to provide care, complete rounds, monitor facilities, and refer clients to internal services while maintaining confidentiality.
