Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking a #3 Bindery Operator in Eagan, Minnesota. You will set up equipment, monitor quality, troubleshoot issues, and document activities across the Core Publishing Solutions team. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is awarded after 90 days in role.

Responsibilities include reviewing specifications, using bindery machinery, and maintaining safety standards. 3rd shift hours and overtime may apply; base pay ranges hourly with potential bonuses in a dynamic printing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; vocational/technical degree preferred.
• Strong mechanical and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of Lean concepts and continuous improvement.
• Proficient with rulers and measurement.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review job specifications for material and setup requirements.
• Perform setup tasks and monitor equipment and product quality.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and obtain maintenance support as needed.
• Document activities in Tier Boards and relevant systems (MII, SAP).
• Participate in safety programs and maintain a safe work culture.
• Suggest and implement process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
