Job summary

RRD in West Bend, WI is seeking a skilled Bindery Operator for third shift (7:00 PM–5:00 AM, Mon-Thu). You will set up and operate utility binding machinery, inspect equipment, and coordinate multi-station workflows to produce finished books and catalogs.

Responsibilities include adjusting machines, ensuring dimensional accuracy, monitoring quality and output, and directing crew through production steps. Prior bindery experience and a safety-focused approach are required; comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Experience operating bindery equipment and reading work orders.
• Ability to calculate tolerances and select appropriate equipment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect equipment for safety issues and ensure dimensional accuracy.
• Direct crew through all aspects of production and monitor output and quality.
