Job summary

RRD Company in De Pere, Wisconsin is seeking a motivated team member to join the bindery crew on the third shift. Responsibilities include loading/unloading materials, moving items with dollies, labeling, bundling, and pallet building in a climate-controlled setting.

The role offers a $3 per hour shift premium and opportunities to perform off-line tasks as needed, with a comprehensive benefits package and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for up to eight hours.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Experience with shrink-wrap, strapping equipment and pallet jacks.
• Ability to operate inserter on a press.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials onto pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand.
• Convey materials from storage or work sites to designated area using hand truck, electric dolly, or other device.
• Attach identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information on cases, bales, or other containers.
• Stack or assemble materials into bundles and band bundles using a banding machine and clincher.
• Build pallets and apply paperwork to the pallet and move to shipping staging area; perform off-line tasks as needed.
