Qualifications

• Set up, adjust and operate a variety of auxiliary binding machines.

• May operate automatic adhesive binding machines (perfect binders) with multiple stations.

Responsibilities

• Direct crew through all aspects of production.
• Monitor quality, output and productivity.
• Thorough knowledge of binding, folding, collating and cutting of printed materials.
• Identify paper conditions and adjust machines for different weights/sizes.
• Read and interpret work instructions to maintain dimensional accuracy.
