Job summary

RRD is seeking a Printing and Bindery Specialist for the 2nd shift (11:00pm–7:00am) in its Production & Manufacturing department. You will operate offline and binding/finishing/packaging equipment, set up machines for production runs, and maintain them through cleaning and lubrication.

The role may involve troubleshooting, coordinating crew assignments, and training new team members to ensure smooth operations. The position offers hourly compensation and benefits as described.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with routine operating procedures of equipment.
• Ability to perform minor clerical tasks incidental to operation, such as maintenance records and labeling.
• Ability to identify improper machine operation and make basic adjustments.
