Job summary

RRD is seeking a bindery operator to run, set up, and troubleshoot a range of finishing machines to convert printed sheets into final books, catalogs, and manuals. You will monitor quality and output while coordinating with the crew to meet production goals.

The position offers a 2PM–10PM shift with a $2.00 per hour differential for 2nd shift and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, PTO, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret work orders for bindery operations.
• Skills in operating bindery equipment and adjusting settings.
• Knowledge of paper stock and finishing processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate Folder Gluer and various bindery machines.
• Set up and adjust auxiliary binding equipment and finishing lines.
• Observe safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Direct crew through production steps and monitor output.
