Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. in Modesto, CA is seeking a Batching Blending Technician for the 3rd shift in a fast-paced beverage production facility. You will operate batching and blending equipment, verify ingredients meet specs, and support QA with samples.

The role requires GMP/HACCP/FDA compliance, SAP familiarity, safety focus, accurate data entry and teamwork in a 24/7 plant environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-speed beverage production environment preferred.
• Formal training in SAP, HACCP, GMP, Hygiene etc. preferred.
• Able to routinely lift 50lbs.
• Able to perform duties under high stress with basic math skills.
• Effective communication in English; strong data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs and wear PPE.
• Operate and program batching/blending equipment.
• Verify ingredients against SAP and food safety standards.
• Record accurate batch and ingredient data.
• Sample blends for QA laboratory testing.
• Maintain sanitation and CIP/COP on lines.
• Unload and stage bulk concentrates as needed.
• Report non-compliance and safety issues.
