Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and support production in a fast-paced plant. You will adhere to GMPs, food safety standards, and PPE requirements while maintaining equipment and improving line efficiency.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least 2 years of manufacturing maintenance experience. You will work a varied schedule, including potential weekends and overtime, in Modesto, CA, with

Qualifications

• Knowledge of GMPs and food safety requirements.
• Ability to read and understand machinery blueprints and parts manuals.
• Work without supervision and demonstrate initiative.
• Must obtain and maintain forklift certification.
• Decisive, proactive and self-motivated with strong communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to identify trends in data.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety, GMPs and PPE requirements in warehouse/production areas.
• Maintain and repair production equipment, perform preventative maintenance and line changeovers.
• Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, mechanical and pneumatic systems.
• Maintain and document work orders with part numbers for inventory.
• Coordinate shift-to-shift communication and training of maintenance staff.
• Collaborate with adjacent teams to resolve issues and drive improvements.
