Custom Building Products, LLC is seeking a Batch Operator for our Logan Township, NJ plant. You will blend products on a 3rd shift, ensuring timely, accurate batches while maintaining safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers overtime, shift premium, and opportunities for advancement within the company. Prior batch experience is preferred but training is available.

Qualifications

• Read and follow production orders and formulas precisely.
• Weigh, measure, and load ingredients into mixers as specified.
• Operate mixing/blending equipment for cement, grout, and related products.
• Maintain accurate production records and shift handoffs.
• Follow OSHA safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Follow formulas and production instructions precisely to ensure product quality.
• Weigh, measure, and load ingredients into mixers according to specs; take samples.
• Operate mixing equipment for cement, grout, mastic, and cleaning products.
• Maintain production logs, calibration records, and shift handoffs.
• Assist with packaging and material handling as needed to support flow.
• Follow safety procedures and report unsafe conditions.
• Keep a clean, safe work environment.
