Job summary

Custom Building Products, LLC in Lithia Springs, GA seeks a Batch Operator to join our 2nd shift production team. You will blend materials, weigh components, and prepare equipment to produce quality products, while meeting daily goals in a safety-focused environment.

This role requires reading complex instructions, a solid work history, and the ability to work with automated equipment. Overtime and shift premium apply, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Experience with batch blending or similar production processes preferred.
• Ability to read and follow detailed work orders and formulas.
• Willingness to wear respirator and PPE as required.
• Experience operating manufacturing equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow formulas and production instructions to ensure product quality.
• Weigh and load ingredients into mixers; take samples for QC and adjust as needed.
• Operate mixing/blending equipment for cement, grout, mastic, and cleaners.
• Maintain accurate batch logs, maintenance records, and shift handoff docs.
• Assist with packaging and material handling to support production flow.
• Follow safety procedures and OSHA guidelines; participate in safety training.
