• Experience in a regulated food manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
• Proficiency with GMP, HACCP, and Dax 365; MS Office and data systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, monitor mixing and cooking equipment to meet recipe and quality specifications.
• Assist in deviation investigations including equipment inspections, sampling, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, and Purchasing to ensure product quality and program compliance.
